Got questions, we have answers... Question: Does this work on the PS3? Answer: Yes, it works great on the PS2, PC, Xbox, and 360 as well. We've personally tested each system on our own DSL and Cable connections, with a focus on most popular FPS, Third-Person, and RPG games out there and found it to work great everytime. We're now hearing that our Lag Switches even work on basketball, driving, and skateboarding games too. Question: Your Lag Switch arrived broken, will you fix it? Answer: Yes, if it was delivered broken or brakes with in the first 30 days, we will repair it for free and even pay for the shipping to return it to you. Since you can choose your own method of returning the broken Lag Switch to us, we ask that you cover this shipping expense. Please contact us before returning: Contact the Support Team Question: I got one of your Lag Switches about a year old, it just broke, what do you chage to fix it? Answer: We can repair any Lag Switch that is over 30 days past the purchase date for the following rates: Push-Button replacement $5.49, RJ45 connector replacement $5.49, repair price inclued shipping to you once the repair is finished. We also can lengthen or upgrade your exsisting Lag Switch too, contact us for special pricing. Since you can choose your own method of shipping us, we ask that you cover this expense. Please contact us before returning and payment instructions: Contact the Support Team Question: Do you send a Tracking Number? Answer: Yes and No... We use a Delivery Confirmation Number for all orders to insure that the Lag Switch is delivered, but this number issued by the USPS will not track your package. Question: Will Cheap Lag Switches change the shipping address? Answer: No, we only ship to the address that is stated on the payment. If PayPal will not let us process the payment because the address is wrong, we will refund your money and ask that you re-submit your payment with the correct shipping address... Question: I saw on the USPS website that my lag switch was sent back to Cheap Lag Switches, why? Answer: We ship to the address you provided, then the mail carrier could not deliver it to you because one of the following: You provided the wrong address, you weren't home for the delivery, you did not sign the delivery card that was left at your location, or you did not pick it up at your local Post Office within the 7 days. PLEASE NOTE: We will issue a refund only after the USPS labeled the package, "Return to Sender" and we receive the Lag Switch back. We will not refund the shipping fee because that money has been spent on processing the postage, the postage itself, packaging, labeling, and the delivery time to our local Post Office, in short, that money has been spent and can't be refunded... Question: What shipping do you use? Answer: For orders with in United States, we use US Postal Service First Class Mail (Estimated total delivery time 7-14 days) Question: How many Lag Switches have you guys sold? Answer: Our last count in April, it was over 19,000 Lag Switches so far (63% of that through our retailers and vendors, 29% from our websites, 7% from eBay, and 1% for promotions). Question: Where do you get your parts? Answer: We had been getting our materials directly from China, now with our new design we're making them from parts Made-in-the-USA. Our new design may look a little different from some of our older designs, but it is better quility and the same dedicated hand built care to assemble it. Question: How many broken Lag Switches has CLS fixed? Answer: 3 that were damaged in delivery, 9 that were still under 30 days from the purchase, and 3 passed the 30 day purchase period, not bad for 6 years of business... Question: Do you really sponsor clans? Answer: Yes, we currently sponsor the OP3 Clan, we provide them web hosting on our server, pay for their domain name and provide them with video games, hats, and other prizes to share with all of their clan members. Question: Do you guys sell on eBay? Answer: Since we make most of our sales through retail and our websites, its honestly a waste of time to sell on eBay anymore... Question: What is type of internet do I need to lag? Answer: You can create lag with either a DSL or Cable Connection so long as you have an upload speed of 1500kbps (1.5MB) or better. You can check your connections speeds for free at: Speak Easy. If you find that your connection is slow, try rebooting your modem and router, then try the test again. Question: A year or so ago I purchased a 2-button lag switch from Best Lag, are you the same guys? Answer: WWW.BESTLAG.COM is our company, we use that company and website to promote our newer developements like the the Extreme Gaming 2-Button Magic Lag Switch, which we have been approved for a World Patent on it. Answer: We didn't do that much business on eBay compaired to our website and retail sales, so we decided to stop wasting the money on eBay.
